VILLA PETRADI

Being one of the few villas in Amorgos, Villa “Petradi” offers its guests an experience of Cycladic hospitality with an emphasis on aesthetics, detail, and warmth. Its name, “Petradi,” derives from the small stones near the beach of Levrossos, at the foothills of which the villa is located, and which are often used for paving traditional Cycladic roofs. Hidden among sage, lavender, oregano, and Amorgian helichrysum, it offers a 180-degree panoramic view towards the Cycladic islands, taking us back to the times when people crossed the Aegean for trade or pilgrimage. At the same time, its interior seems to immerse in the golden sand of the enchanting beach just a few meters below.

Due to its refined taste and unique character, the villa creates a unique atmosphere for Mediterranean holidays. The authentic Cycladic simplicity and summer carefreeness are combined with the luxury provided by the comfort of the spaces and the quality of the materials, offering a sense of tranquility and relaxation.

The atmosphere of the house is unpretentious and relaxed, with each element we have chosen representing a piece of a summer story, bringing the overall uplifting mood of this enchanting Cycladic island indoors. A selection of handmade items, antiques, original artworks, linen cushions shaped like stones, and wooden tables specially designed by us to be modern yet appear “improvised,” give the feeling of camping on a golden beach. For the interior spaces, we have chosen microcement floors, wooden carved doors, traditional ceramic tiles, and bathrooms made from high-quality local stone. Outside, there are various terraces, balconies, and secluded corners that provide privacy, even for larger groups of visitors.
