The owner of this house wanted a place to “recharge his batteries” and use as a base for gatherings with his friends. Thus, we made sure to create a space that is as fresh, inspired, and atmospheric as possible. Given the owner’s love for nature, we included relevant colors and decorative elements throughout the space.
The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area in a completely natural way. The central monolithic counter and the comfortable stools surrounding it can be used for everyday meals and evening drinks, as well as a space for studying and working.
The fireplace area, being the owner’s favorite, is framed by clean lines and low, comfortable sofas, specially designed by our studio. A sleek shelf to the left of the hearth continues the clean line concept and holds Chakra minerals, reflecting the owner’s interest in meditation. Looking up at the ceiling, we notice the circular light fixture that embraces the space, offering a modern take on the hearths in ancient Greek homes.
The master bedroom is darker and more atmospheric, yet equally nature-inspired. The standout feature is the wall behind the bed, made of natural stone. This wall connects directly to the main bathroom through a tunnel, which serves as a walk-in closet. Made of reflective glass, it gives an “open” feel when transitioning from one space to the other.
In the guest bathroom, the living room’s circular concept reappears, working as an element of continuity. Additionally, the presence of nature is made tangible through the Green Onyx palette and the forest-themed wallpaper.
